2000 Pontiac Montana tail lights

Electrical problem
2000 Pontiac Montana 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

Our tail lights do not come on with the head lights. The brake lights and blinkers work fine. At about the same time, the dash lights quit and a warning bell continues to ring when the door is open even when the lights are turned off and the key is out of the ignition.
We think there are fuse issues but don't know which ones belong to the problems areas (we know where the boxes are)
HELP!!!! This is our last vehicle..the other died a transmission death last week and we are behind the eight ball!
thanks for any help or direction you can give!

Thanks for the recommendation. I have no clue what and where that is, but I'm thinking my husband will find it! We really appreciate your help and will let you know if it fixes the problem!
