I have a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix with a 3800 engine with 134,000 miles on it. My son came home last night and the engine has a knock in it. It sounds like it is coming from the top end. Broken rocker arm? Also the key is stuck in the ignition. It won't go back to the position to take the key out. Can you help

The key not returning to lock postion is most likely the electrical ignition switch which controls the solenoid for this. I had a similar problem on an earlier post "2000 Grand Prix DRL and heater control" along with this key removal problem that a new electrical switch took care of all of it.
