2000 Pontiac Grand Prix fan motor

My fan motor for my heater/ac only works on the highest setting. Number 5. And now it stops working at different times. Can you narrow my problem down? Is it the actual motor itself, or the fan switch, or anything else possibly? What would the parts name be that I need? Thanks, Mike

I am having the same problem. I have replaced the resistor and nothing, I checkd all the wiring for any exposed nothing, If you fixed this please let me know what the problem was!
