I have a 1997 pontiac gran prix and the heater blower will not come on. I already replaced the resistor when I turn the heater switch I hear a clicking sound and my headlights come on even though they are in the off position

Check the relay in underhood fuse box. Check to see if ower is going to the blower. If it is and still not working then it's the blower.

The relay shold be by the blower motor. It can also be aconnection problem between the control unit/pcm/blower relay as well.
