Refrigerant oil is spread throughout the system and there is no specific spec for any one component. A general rule of thumb would be 4 ounces for the compressor and 2 additional for each other component replaced like the accumulator.
I have to advise you that A/C repairs are far more technical than most people think and they are not DIY repairs. You can do a lot more damage than good by not recognizing issues. You could end up paying someone to do the entire job over again plus any new damage done.
