BOTTOM PULLEY ON MOTOR BROKE FREE. CAUSING THE BELT TO COME OFF. ONE PART IS STILL BOLTED ON, THE PART WHERE THE SERPENTINE BELT RIDES ON FELL OFF COMPLETELY. DO I NEED A PULLEY TO GET THIS OFF? SOMETHING I CAN HANDLE MYSELF?

Did the casting break or did the bolts that hold it on come loose, doesnt your pulley bolt onto the balancer? If it snapped off, which is unlikely, then you will need a puller to pull off the balancer and replace it.
