You may be able to fix this but I kind of doubt it. You can try a heli coil but there is 200+ pounds of pressure to open the valve. The torque for the stud should be around 30 ft. Lbs. Do yourself a favor and just replace the cylinder head, more exspensive, but it's done right and you won't need to do it twice.
