Abs, traction off, and service vechiel soon light is on what does this mean?

There is a malfunction in the ABS system and the traction control has been disabled.

ABS and TC codes are "C" (chassis) codes and most autoparts stores will only scan "P" (powertrain) codes.

So you will have to take to a garage that can scan chassis codes.
