2000 Pontiac Grand Am Security Light

My security light has been coming on all the time. Just about everytime I unlock my doors and start my car the security light will come on and my car will not start. I'm not doing anything different and I dont understand why t won't stay reset. Now my security light has came on and is staying on. What could be causiing my car to do this? The dealership ran the vin and said that the car was never programed for a cllicker button for the door locks, unlock, etc. It has also been cutting out for no reason and the check engine light is not on and we can't figure out what is wrong. If you have any ides please help I don't have a clue. I just changed all the spark plugs and coils and the tower on the car so I dont understand. Thanks.
