1999 Pontiac Grand Am check engine
Hello. my 1999 grand am passed inspection three days ago afer replacing two tires and the exhaust. As soon as I got it home the check engine light came on. This is a first and its right after a complete checkup. I do smell something a little like burning rubber. Any idea what it could be how many different things will cause this light to go on? Thanks for any input you could offer

Hi there,
There are is a large number of reasons that can cause the check light to turn on, you will have to get a scan and have the code retrieved to start the diagnosis process, start here.
