Heater problem
1995 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 85.500 miles

the heater is is not working on low it has 4 stages, top 3 work slow would it be the switch or is there a relay,
my other problem is the gage for the motor, it reads low I put a tester on it to check the temp, and reads 200, but the gage reads low.

First problem is more than likely a switch.

Second problem is more than likely a temp. Sensor needs to be replaced.

Most cars use a seperate temp. Sender for the ECM and gauge, so change the gauge sender.
