I have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE 4dr, and all of a sudden a handfull of lights won't work, only the headlights come on, no others. The Fog lights, front driving lights, tail lights, and instrument panel lights do not work. The brake lights and turn signals all work fine though. Also the "Lights On" warning tone doesn't work. I have checked all the fuses in the dash side fuse panel and they are all fine.

(I should mention that on day a few weeks ago, the turn signals wouldn't work, but then they worked again as always before and always now.)

If you have any ideas, it would be much appreciated. I cannot drive at night due to the lack of tail lights.

Did you check for voltage and ground at the taillites? If the headlamp switch is part of the multifunction switch, that switch may be the problem. Did you use a testlite and check for voltage at the tail lamps fuse?

Thank you for your input. I replaced the Combo Switch (turn signal/headlights/cruise control) on the steering column and all of my lights work perfectly now.
