1995 Pontiac Grand Am car blows white smoke

I'm having a problem with the floor of driver's side of the vehicle is totally soaked, but doesn't smell like coolant to me. The car also blows white smoke, so i'm thinking a blown head gasket. Not sure where the water is coming from though.

Have a block test done or do it yourself, they sell the kit for about 50.00, this will detect exhaust fumes in the coolant. As for the water leak, get a flashlight get under the dash, look for the water dripping down.
