1990 Pontiac Grand Am blower motor

I have a 1990 grand am le the heater and air only works on the high setting when I turn it down than nothing comes out does that mean I need a new blower motor or is it something else

Its your blower motor resistor that's causing the problem its job is to control the speed of the blower motor by using resistances.

Where is that located at on my car and how hard is it to replace it?

Its on the right side of the firewall on the blower motor assembly
