IF YOU HAVE AN ENGINE HOIST THE ENGINE WILL EASILY COME OUT FROM THE TOP, IT IS MY PREFERRED METHOD. BUT A LOT OF PEOPLE REMOVE THE SUBFRAME WHICH UNLESS YOU HAVE A CAR LIFT IS NOT AS PRACTICAL FOR A SIMPLE ENGINE REPLACEMENT.
