P0171 bank 3 too lean code came on the other day, went away. Car was sputtering, misfiring and CEL was flashing. I don't suspect spark plugs or ignition coils, just replaced last summer in cylinder 3. Clean MAF sensor, put in new air filter still misfiring with codes except p0303. Car has 189,000 miles but just a jdm engine put in last March so probably 70,000 for the engine. Idk where to start, please help. Thanks

The p0303 code can cause the other codes so I suggest we start there; I would remove the spark plugs to see what they look like compared to #3. If #3 looks different it can be the fuel injector that is not working but you may have a defective spark plug or coil as well. Here is a guide to help wail you through the steps of removing the spark plugs and how to replace the injector if the ignition system is okay.

and we should do a compression test on #3 as well with the spark plugs out of the engine.
