I would love to make a donation, however.I have nothing monetary and have not been able to work since our caar accident. If I can help another way, I would gladly do so. Please read on if you would.

1994 Plymouth Voyager SE 3.0.149000 on body, 100K+ on 2nd used tranny. I am so glad that I purchased the 2 year warranty they had to offer. It sure has been worth it so far. We have now put in a 2nd tranny after 3500 miles approximately. Noticed at oil change that mechanic had smelled burnt tranny fluid. I was like, your kidding me, right? After 3 days later the tranny went out and left my son and I stranded on a dark country road with little to no traffic, once again on our way home, and 19 miles from there.

I was very frustrated. You see, I am disabled and the van was donated to us after a car accident with my then 11.5 yr old son (he is now almost 14), that was Feb 2005. We were hit head-on by 2 other vehicles on icy packed roads on our way home.

Now we have a problem, the gentleman that has been working on the van for the last month, does not remember where the radiator hoses are to attach to. There are 2 of them. One upper and the other is lower. I said before that they should have been arked. However, I am just a woman that knows nothing. So some men assume. (I however feel that procrastination is the culprit here).

Now is there anyone that can tell me how these go back on? I have had to since buy a car, as the 1st time the tranny went out I was without the van for over 6 months and we have no public transportation where we live at, which makes it even harder to get around. So I decided not to let that happen again, and so out of my disability money of a lump sum from ssi, I bought a used car and paid the many bills that I could to keep my home from being in disconnection and such.

I am sorry if this sounds like a plea for help. However, every bit of it is the truth.

Sincerely & Thank You,
Julie :D

The upper radiator hose will go from the top of the radiator to the thermostat housing, the lower will go from the bottom of the radiator to the waterpump

1994 Plymouth Voyager SE Van, 3.0, 149000 body & 100K+ on 2nd Used Tranny.

I have not looked at the 2 hoses, but will they each be a different length to these positions you listed? Will the upper be longer then the lower or vice-versa?

Thank You Again, :D
Julie

Hi I don't know if this will help but look up the year and make of your van. See if there were any recals for this problem. Then go to lemon aid for autos and they explain how you can get some work done or paid for under what is called a secret warranty. We just did for my daughters dodge truck it was a four thousand dollar bill for a fuel system. You can use it even on second han cars >It is well woth the time to take a look. Below is a link to a site where you can look up the list of recalls and notices on your van. If it has been a real problem you should pay the cost to get them then go to the dealer and auto maker

I hope this is some help to you, Charley
