1998 Plymouth Voyager 150000 miles

Yesterday my van was running fine, my sister parked it for 10 mins and now it wont start, let the steering wheel unlock or shift gears. Is there a simple fix

"Won't start" doesn't mean much. Can I guess the ignition switch won't turn? If so, look at the direction the front tires are pointed. If turned to the side, there is likely pressure on the steering wheel lock. Just turn the steering wheel a little more in the same direction while turning the ignition switch.
