I tried to drain my radiator to flush and refill it, but realized it is clogged. When I open the drain port nothing comes out even with the radiator cap open. The overflow container even stayes full. So does this mean I need to replace the radiator, or is there another solution?

Pull the lower radiator hose drain the coolant,
if you had no prior overheating problem that should not effect the van
make sure you fill coolant system back and run engine and recheck coolant
