If the window is going up and down but getting stuck this can be a problem with dirty window cracks, if the window is slow and then speeds up you may find that if you lube the window tracks with a dedicated channel lube spray this may fix your problem, if the motor is allowed to stall out to many times this will over heat and damage the motor windings, if the window has already been very slow for some time, this may be part of your existing problem.
