1997 Plymouth Voyager serpentine belt problems

Hey I have a 1997 plymouth grang voyager se 6 cly 3.3 litter and I have replaced the fuel pump, ignition coil and spark plug wires cause it wasn't running after I fixed all that it was running fine but now it started having new problems the serpentine belt keeps squealing and I have had to replace 4 serpentine in the last 2 months because the belts keep getting shredded up and I don't know whats wrong could some of the pulleys be off and that the reason for my problem

You might try replacing the tensioner and/or checking alignment of pulleys, especially the larger ones running power steering and A/C compressor. Get a ruler or other straight edge, put it across the pulley near the belt and see if they're parallel. If one is crooked, you may be able to adjust or shim it.
