You'll have to remove the upper and lower trim, the steering wheel can stay on with the newer models. You'll need a special torx screwdriver head, it has a small hole in it and is referred to as an inverted torx head. You'll need to go slow, and need a phillips and t-15 long torx for the trim. A small punch and hammer to remove the old key cylinder out of the old switch. It takes around an hour or so. Disconnect the battery first or you may blow a fuse.
