I have a 99 plymouth breeze with 138,000 miles. It was working great, but now it is very hard to turn especially when you are backing up and turning it or going slow in a parking lot I can't turn it by myself I have to have someones help. Is it the power steering pump or what?

You could have an air leak in the intake tube or other tube leading to the intake. The mass air flow sensor may not be seeing this additional air flow and as a result the codes are tripped. Make sure all clamps are secure and that there are no tears to the intake tube. Best of luck.
