The pass lock light is solid in color not blinking?

Engine will turn over but will not run. We have checked the fuel pump relay and that is not the problem. We have done the three cycles of ten minutes and that will not work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The truck will not start with the security light on solid. Remove the negative battery cable overnight, this will let the system reset and it should start working, do you have the key fobs? If so, roll up the windows and lock the car using the fobs. Allow the H3 to sit for two hours and then unlock it using the fob. This should reset the system as well.
