Truck will barely start, then stumble and spit for a few seconds at around 500 RPMs and stall out.

It had a p050a pending, so I swapped a new throttle body and IAC, still has same problem.

No visual vacuum leaks, air filter is clean.

What else should I look for?

Thanks in advance.

There is some confusion here, there is no IAC valve on this car? The idle speed is controlled by the throttle body. Will the engine keep running if you use starting fluid? You may have a fuel pump going out. Please check the images below to see what I am talking about with the throttle body, you can see there is no IAC valve. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

I thought that was the IAC attached to the throttle body as one unit, if not why would I have a p050A. I was unable to check the fuel pressure because the Schrader valve is basically under the plenum with no room to screw the hose of the gauge on

I'll try it with starting fluid, and get back with results

Thanks for your input.

Yep, that is a strange one, there is no IAC on this car. Let me know what you find, you might have a bad PCM.
