Overheating

My car overheats while driving. I can let it idle with the air conditioning on for over an hour and it does not overheat fans kick on high. I have changed the thermostat and water pump and still has not fixed the problem I do not know what to do.

When hot disable fans if electric then check radiator for cold spots if any it is bad. Then check for a blown head gasket.
