Iv replaced. Radiator and hoses and thermostat yet still running hot what could be the issue

Take the water pump off and check that the impeller has not worn away, this is a fairly common problem if the coolant ins not kept up and only water is used.

It is easy to get out, if you replace it, there are 2 pumps depending on the exact date of manafacture, just be careful of that.
