Rear Brake Lights, Rear End and Rear Brakes

I have a 1995 cutlass supreme 3.1L mileage:107000. I am having a problem with my rear brake lights. The one at the top works fine, but the two at the bottom works intermittently for a while and now don't work at all. I checked some wires in the trunk and the connections looked fine. I also noticed when I push my turning signal about 3/4 of the way up both brake lights work. I check all of my bulbs and verified that they are working properly. Both turning signals work and the night lights work. Also when I'm driving above 25mph I begin to hear a whining noise and gets louder as I drive faster. And I have noticed that my rear brakes wear faster than my front and the outside pad on both rear calipers wear about twice as fast as the inside pads. I was thinking that my rear end is bent in some form.

Any advice that you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

As for the brake lights I would lean towards a turnsignal switch. The highmount light curcuit runs straight from the brake light switch as the curcuits for the lower brake lights run through the turnsgnal switch.

I dont have an awnser for your noise. Noises are a hard thing to advise on.

As for the brake wear problem. I would suggest that you make sure the caliper slides are lubed and moving freely. If they are then maybe it's time to replace those soft brake hoses.
