2001 Oldsmobile Aurora Engine missing

My 2001 Olds Auroa Check engine light is on and is missing really bad,
Had it checked on machine the code said #1 cylinder
was missing, Ichanged all of the spark plugs but it dindn't help

Is the spark plug wire ok? Are you getting a good spark to that cylender? If you remove the plug, is it wet? Finally, have you checked compression in that cylender?
