DASH AIR VENTS

Interior problem 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 74000 miles
no air from any dash vent only floor and defroster. Have replaced ac programmer module and all levers move. The flow will change according to diff. Button pushed but not dash vents. I have move the door lever by hand and it moves freely. Why no dash vent air flow? Where do I go from here? Thanks

Have you checked the vacuum supply line? If broken, the system defualt to defrost.

Before I replaced the ac program module I checked the vacuum and it pulled good. Also the vacuum inside the module is good. And it makes the control arms move. Is it possible that the blend door is broken inside the unit? If so will I have to take out the whole dash to get into the box? Thanks

Here's the diagram of your system, it could be one of the mode doors stuck, or the actuato could be NG if you have a vauum tester/pump, apply vacuum to them and see if the lever on them move, if the hold vacuum, maybe a diaphram on it is bad...

This sounds like what I need to check, but how to I gain acces to the vacuum hoses behind the control to check and replace? (1999 Olds 88)
