this car has a chip in the key. It will not start by key but you can crank it monentary by jumping the start wire at starter

The security system will shut down the fuel system. If it starts when you jump the starter, the security system isn't the problem.

Let me know if that is what is happening. Also, let me know if the security light is on or flashing all the time.
