Not boosting and excessive smoke

Stop at the station fill it with petrol then I put the injectors cleaning additive in. It drove down the road for about four minutes and all of a sudden it lost power and heaps of excess smoke from exhaust. Took it home had a friend looked at it found the oil level very low and looks like oil got in the turbo. Any idea please.

Hi,

What color was the smoke from the exhaust? Is the vehicle still under manufacturer warranty? As far as the turbo and oil level, check to make sure there is no coolant mixing with the oil or oil mixing with the coolant. Additionally, check to see if there is any evidence of an oil leak.

My primary concern is a cylinder head gasket. Here is a link that explains how to check for a bad one. Also, since this vehicle isn't offered in the US, let me know if the engine is a diesel or not.
