Noise when turning

Hi, the power steering produces a noise just like the belt skids, this does when you turn the belt on both sides.

Comment that the inner pump assembly (ring, rotor, o-ring).

Belt normal life is 60,000 miles including tension-er for replacement that may be the problem. If any oil on pulleys etc. Must be cleaned off because it destroys a belt. This includes WD-40 that people like to spray on things. Any oil leak must be repaired.
