2003 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

my brake disc gets all scatched up and there is a grinding noise when i turn my wheel. i replaced my brake disc and pads but it still doing the same thing. also my car makes a loud vibration noise while im driving and wheels are rotating, is it my cv joints ?

Inspect the CV boots for rips/tears and leaks, if you see any the CV will have to be replaced or re-booted.

the brake pads may be a poor quality of pad to do this, you have to ask for the high end pad which is more expensive, but worth it. the loud noise may be a wheel bearing going bad check that.
