Hi does anybody know why my crossfire sounds like a plane coming in to land when I slow down but not braking?I can't tell were the whining noise is coming from. It does it when I lift my foot off the accelerator

Front wheel bearings or bad tire treads will sound like an airplane engine but they usually make noise all the time, not just when decelerating.
