After replacing the transmission fluid, the engine cranks but does not start?

Just change the transmission fluid and now the car won't start. It cranks good and strong. The battery is new, the alternator is in good shape. Water pump and timing done. I tried a main relay with no luck.

Will it run on starting fluid? Also, does the engine sound normal when cranking over? You may have lost the timing belt but to be sure if you upload a short video of the engine cranking, I can tell for sure. In the meantime, these two guides can help us figure out what's going on:
