died while driving on highway, had it towed home. no spark, changed cam and crank sensors and coil pack because they were originals, still no spark, after further testing found bad coil driver, replaced ecm with correct part. now it sparks but will not start, has correct fuel pressure, but it is missing pulse on only 1 injector, will this cause a no start? or do i have multiple problems?

Tank you for responding,

this information is from multiple sources including a Chrysler tech and his coworkers.

Chrysler introduced Flash technology ECM’s in 1996. All CARDONE ECM’s for 1996 and 1997 Chryslers are pre-flashed with the latest calibration ready for installation. No other programming, VIN or Service Reminder Indicator (SRI) information is required.

VIN and SRI programming: Chrysler applications 1998 and later, in addition to flashing, require VIN and SRI mileage programming. This information allows the ECM to communicate with other on-board computers in the vehicle. Failure to do so may cause idling and/or drivability problems, and may set diagnostic trouble codes.
