Hi, I have the vehicle listed above and the blinkers in my car don't make the clicking sound. The blinker works perfectly though. I checked the fuse box for the relay, but I can't find any corresponding one.

So, the blinker noise comes from the radio speakers, can I ask if the radio is working okay? If it is there is a microprocessor inside the instrument cluster that can go bad and not give the signal to the radio. Do you notice anything strange with the instrument cluster? The signal also goes through the ISP control module inside the smart junction box which can go bad as well, if nothing noticeable is wrong we should do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

This way we can make sure we replace the correct part without guessing. Please go over these guides and get back to us.

Hello, thank you so much for getting back to me. The radio does work, and all the speakers are good too. But the seatbelt chime doesn't work either with the turn signal and hazard sounds. But other than these sounds everything else works perfectly.

Yep, that warning goes through the IPS as well. Here is how to change the smart junction box which has the IPS inside of it. I would search ebay for a used unit. Here is how the repair is done. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
