There is no power going to fuel pump. The truck runs if you spray starter fluid in throttle body. There was a broken wire behind the engine I fixed, new fuel pump tested before installing, also new fuel pump relays and fuses. Have looked everywhere on truck I cant figure it out. Was driving it was running good and just stopped fueling.

Are you sure you are testing it correctly? It only powers for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on. Power resumes when the computer sees a tach signal from the engine cranking.

I've checked the fuses they are fine. There is no power going to the fuel pump. I have ohm checked the wires from the relay to the pump there is normal resistance (0.7ohms). There is power to the relays.
