My car has a few problems the worst of them are that the car starts and runs fine with accessories off. If I put a load on it such as radio, air conditioner full blast and headlights the car dies. Next I try to drive and radio will cut out. No power symptom. No code set. After getting going (10-20 mph)the car begins to buck. Losing and gaining power. Setting all lights but the check engine ABS brake check brake system security then disappear except for yellow abs light which goes away. No codes set. Took to auto parts store to test Alternator and battery. 13.9 on battery ranging between 12.1 and 14.6 at idle no load. Put load on and car dies with meter randomly showing charging and overcharging. With peaks in the 16 range. And positive cable is hot to touch. Voltage regulator is in alt but controlled by pcm
Removing the negative cable while car is running causes the car to die.

Recent repairs include. New battery new alt as well as some suspension parts due to mileage and ware.

Before repairs the car had a problem with blowing hot or cold air while at idle but would burn or freeze you out while driving. Toward the the time when I changed the battery and alt notices lights flickering. Leading me to said repairs. After repair, the air conditioner issue went away and blew cold. Then started back up with its non sense after a month or so Re check connection all checked out. No resolve to the blowing issue.

The cold/sir thing can be from air in system see pictyre for bleeding system. For charging check fuses for corrosion if it is clean it off and use dielectric grease on prongs about $3.00 on auto parts counter. Also do a wiggle test on fusible links that go to alternator they should have same voltage both sides, see pictures. If you wiggle them and voltage drops replace them. Make sure battery cables are clean with none of that crap they sell to "protect" them from corrosion, it melts, gets between and causes problems similar to what you are experiencing with voltage issues. Also for charging belt and tensioner recommended replacement is 60,000 mi that may also be charging problem especially with a load.
