When I turn the key to the start position nothing happens. I don't hear a click nor does it try to crank. I have no dash lights, no radio, and no wipers. I had the battery checked and it was good. I had the starter bench tested and it was good. I replaced the positive and negative battery cables completely. I also replaced the 175amp fuse and the 40amp ignition fuse as it was blown. I replaced the ignition switch also. I still have no power at all!

You may have to have a pro use his scanner to mate the ignition switch to security module now due to what you have done. Before you could have tried to reset security system. You stil lmay be able to however so try that if no manual look online. If it doesn't reset have a pro use his scanner to do it.

How would I know it is the theft system for sure? The theft light flashes on and off but if I remember right that does that all the time. I'm afraid I have a broken wire somewhere but I have checked the starter wire and ignition wire at the ignition switch and they look in tact

Anytime you disconnect the battery the theft engages. This was probably the problem first time. But now since you have replaced the ignition switch it is out of sync with the theft module and must be resynced. If your theft light flashes then it needs to be reset which now you can't do because your replaced the ignition switch. I find so many people replacing parts on here when the only problem is the theft is engaged.
