I was testing the Tps when I touched the hot wire it grounded out or something. Now car wont crank. Starter, battery, ignition, clutch safety switch. All test good. I think it is down to three things. Pats transponder, pats system or ECM. When I turn the key auxiliary fan comes on ABS lights come on, but no check engine light. I get a single click at the PCM relay. I have put another relay in it. I have hit a wall on this one and need help.

You may have fried the ECM, maybe something else as well. Check fuses as you may have gotten lucky, under hood and in car.

All fuses have been checked. The thing that is throwing me off is the TPS is still getting the five volts of power as well as my other sensors. I hooked the code reader up and its not talking with my ECM. But if my transponder for my key is not working it wont pick up that the key is turned right?

No, it would still work even if security has been engaged. Have a professional use his scanner to see if anything works. It may have a bad connection to aldl why you cannot read anything, I think you toasted the ECM.
