Try pulling HVAC fuse inside car for sixty seconds with key on it may reset actuators then check to see if actuator is getting power. If no power have it scanned for codes a mechanic will need to do it.

Turned key to on powered up air conditioner set to max air conditioner unplugged floor/panel actuator several time, the third time it calibrated itself, and plows air out of front vents, fixed for now, someone has been to this actuator before, it is a used car to me. The plug no longer has the red safety clip on it.

It may need to be scanned for codes if it happens again. It may have a bad connection on it.
