Noises problem
2004 Nissan Sunny 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles

while running the vehicle . very noise is coming . i checked the under body . the front left side axle bearing side little grease came out . but there is no play . and the tyre also new . so why the sound is coming it is because of the axle or the tyre noise or suspension sound or steering assembly noise which part i should check please help .
