1999 Nissan Sentra won't start

4,200 miles ago I had to have the whole distributor assembly replaced.
I was driving along and the car was still running but when I pressed the gas pedal the engine did not increase about a mile of this the engine shut off and the car would not start.
The engine turns over and it fires yet it will not start can you help

First check the disributor, if factory OEM parts were not used check there first. Also check for fuel pressure and repair as needed.
