When I drive my car I have to go a little left to go straight and when I turn sharp to the left it makes a clicking sound. What could be causing it to do this and how can I fix it?

There may be a few problems here.

The clicking may be a bad axle joint or a bad wheel bearing. Look for a torn cv boot as that may be a tell tale sign.

The problem with holding the steering wheel off center may be related to an alignment problem or loose steering parts. The front end should be checked for play in any components.
