I have a 1996 nissan and my uncle just put in a new clutch set, and the car is trying to start buts its not turning over but its clost to it, so we bought a new battery and spark plugs, and i think it may be because it sat still for like 6 months, so how do i get access to the fuel pump and fuel filter?
