My car looses acceleration and/or power at around 3k rpm. I believe it's my mass airflow sensor. Using a simple electrical cleaner, might this help solve my problem? And if I replaced this sensor, must I reprogram my internal computer at the dealership?

Thanks

No you would not have to reprogram the computer if you replace the part but it might not be a bad idea to disconnect the battery b-4 you replace it and if it still does not fix the power problem you might want to check the egr valve tube that runs from side of intake to egr itself and see if it is plugged with carbon as this in itself causes drivability problems also do not ever spray anything on a maf sensor as those little itty bitty elements that you see only have a small bond of solder to make the connection
