1999 Nissan Maxima won't start

99 nissan maxima had to jump it one day and it crankrd up slow kinda weak crank turned off car then it would not start again. Replaced battery, starter it doesn't do anything. Checked ground cleaned post on battery still nothing

Verify the battery voltage check all the fuses including the ones under the hood and if it starts back up with a jump then go after the alternator output test to tell if it is not charging
