2003 Nissan Altima catalytic converter
My son's car has the check engine light on. The computer at auto zone said it is the o2 sensor. A mechanic said it is the catalytic converter and will cost $1,000.00 to fix it. hat should I do? Thanks.

try taking to another mechanic, or try to cheapist first.
